Managed Markets Team Expansion
Our recent expansion with an increase in business has created an opportunity for developing a new team of National Accounts/ Managed Markets Experts. We have 6 postions across the nation and need YOU!
If you are HUNTER and have a Rich Roledex of C Levels in national payors like BCBS, Aetna, Prudential, United Health Care - and regional Payors like Kaiser, Group Health, Care First, Health net, etc across your terrritory and are an expert in developing contractual relationships with Payors in Managed Markets and understand managed care pharmacy - from PBM to Mail Order to Specailty Pharmacy to Home Infusion to Retail, Payor to Patient and all the steps in-between - We need to talk to you!!
Expansion opportunity to join one of the nation’s most respected leaders in the delivery of home specialty drugs!!
In this pivotal role, you will be:
• Developing strategies to further our market penetration to Payors( HMO, PPO)
• Keep the teams ahead of reimbursement challenges, changes and CMS initiatives, including Medicare D, CAC Members and patient advocacy groups
• Provide insight on new product launches and reimbursement
What we are looking for:
• Bachelor Degree- MBA preferred
• 5-7 years experience in Managed Markets/Payor contracting, financial analysis, Managed Care expertise
• Rich Roledex of C Levels in national payors like BCBS, Aetna, Prudential, United Health Care - and regional Payors like Kaiser, Group Health, Fallon, Health net, etc across your terrritory
• DEMONSTRATED contractual expertise- show us your ability to pull through business from the contracts you get in the field-
• Excellent Strategist- able to demonstrate strong understanding of Specialty Pharmacy, Home Infusion, Mail Order channels
• Strong background in product marketing, managed care marketing, field sales/ account management leadership, strategic planning, market research, market or sales analytics development, reimbursement trends in Medicare and Medicaid
• Immunology, Hemophilia or Oncology expertise is a HUGE plus
