Should have atleast 7 - 16 years of successful track record .
Plans, directs, and controls the business vertical’s overall
plans and policies and be able to reach operational goals in terms of
top line and bottom line.
Should be able to build a high energy team which is aggressive and is
very customer proactive
Participates in developing short and long-term financial projections
and the entire budgeting process.
Responsible for a business development and should have an experience/ expertise in various aspects of
the application outsourcing, software development and in short should
have been a part of evolution of the information technology industry in
Asia and USA. This expertise should be have gained over a period
greater than 6-15 years in sales, business development, major account
management, product / project delivery etc., with a constant track
record of success.
Make key customer management decisions regarding processes, service
enhancements, and support. Work with team members to define,
prioritize, and implement selected enhancements
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
Entrepreneurial passion and drive.
Thorough understanding of business processes and ability to put this
knowledge into practice.
Ability to communicate in a clear manner, both verbally and in writing.
Experience in developing and refining internal business strategies.
Ability to build strong working relationships both internally and
externally.
Excellent team leader who can lead from the front and who likes to
work smart and ensure the team works smartly while there is constant
focus on client needs vis a vis business goals / targets.
Our client seeks professionals Great Communicators with an in depth
knowledge of the vertical and should have an good network of CIOs, Sr
Business Users, CEOs. The person should have clear knowledge of the
application outsourcing and should be able to effectively evangelize
the benefits.
Creates and delivers reports and presentations, written and spoken,
that present various aspects of the vertical
Uses independent judgment to establish procedures and overall
strategic direction that may affect a major business unit and/or
functional disciplines.
Solves the most complex problems that require understanding and
evaluation of impacts on the organization.
