About the Job

Responsibilities:

  • Proven ability to initiate and develop new business opportunities as well as the ability to grow services and revenues of current clients.
  • Experience with complete Sale Cycle - from cold call, sales pitch, to closing, client development, and account maintenance.
  • Develop and implement strong sales processes to optimize and evaluate the effectiveness of the sales organization.
  • Development and implementation of strategic plans to solidify long-term business relationships and partnerships.
  • Manage multiple client relationships and engagements.
  • Ensure that sales activities are aligned with business goals.
  • Keep track of industry trends, identify new opportunities and have an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Develop metrics reporting

 

Competencies:

·        Ability to successfully interactwith other areas of the organization and demonstrate a strong team orientation.

·        Proven track record with 2 to 5years experience successfully selling Staff Augmentation/Project solutions.

·        Possession of strong timemanagement and communication skills.

·        Strong analytical skills andexperience tracking sales results, maintaining tracking and reporting systems,developing compensation plans, etc.

·        Must be comfortable building relationships/trustvia telephone/email methods.

·        Ability to qualify, close dealsand work independently.

·        Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.
